private getaway in the Cotswolds
Our new quarter share fractional, The Twizzle, is located at 10, Dobson Court, Tetbury and is a one bedroom top floor apartment floor with views over The Chipping. A short block from the Snooty Fox Inn and Long Street, you can easily walk to nearby shops, pubs and restaurants, footpaths and Prince Charles's well-known Highland Grove Shop. By the way, did you know Highgrove his country home is only a few miles away.
The salon/kitchen area features a partly open plan with a contemporary electric fire and very clever cottage pane window with mirrored reveals making the most of the views from different positions within the room. The fitted kitchen has a range of hand painted base and wall cupboards together with integrated appliances. Down the hall is a double bedroom and bathroom with a modern white suite including a shower and bath.
One of the likeable things about this property is that "The Twizzle" has good bones. After the closing date in mid-June, the process of refreshing, renovating and re-decorating will start to create an inviting warm and whimsical open plan living space, a great place to live in and also enjoy as an outstanding rental.
With four equal owners, each with 3 months/year of use (or rentable time), usage periods will rotate forward one quarter each year. Owners will be able to trade time amongst one another. There appears to be a small attic for personal storage items as well as under bed storage.
More Information about the town of Tetbury
The town of Tetbury is in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds and is proud of its 1300 years of recorded history since 681 when Tetta's Monastery was mentioned in a charter by King Ethelred of Mercia. In the Middle Ages, Tetbury was an important market town for the Cotswolds wool trade and the town centre is still dominated by the splendid pillared Market House built in 1655 (see main picture above). The town is known as an 'architectural gem' as many of the wool merchants houses still look as they did 300 years ago.
Tetbury is well known for its 25 antique shops and its close proximity to Prince Charles'sresidence of Highgrove.

A message from Ginny Blackwell (Owner of International Property Shares)
If you are SERIOUSLY interested in having a pied a terre in a vibrant and eclectic town in the Cotswolds, this is your chance. As I will retain a ¼ share, we envision flying into London and spending a couple of weeks before or after our stopovers in France or Italy. If I lived in the UK, what a great place to head for school holidays, summer breaks or even long weekends.
